Op 26 Februarie 2020 het Moorreesburg Lions ‘n Langtafel-ete in die park in Langstraat gehou. Ongeveer 140 gaste het aangesit om ‘n sesgang maaltyd te geniet. Aangesien die geleentheid ten bate van die ACVV ouetehuise op Moorreesburg gehou is, het die dorp saamgespan om die Lions te ondersteun.
